RESORT SERVICE

It is our great pleasure to welcome you, where your journey will take you from the lush rainforest to the sparkling sea. We hope you will take the time to explore and find the secrets and stories which are hidden all around you.
We have a number of diverse services and activities, be it a tranquil afternoon tea in Citron, a cultural excursion to the quaint ancient trading town of Hoi An, or a trek through the rainforest of Son Tra. Please find all the info here to make your stay special.

IN THE ROOM 

  • Adaptor: Adaptors are available upon request. Please contact the Guest Service Centre for assistance by dialing ’0’ on your in-room phone.
  • Air Conditioning: You may control the temperature in your room on the control panel of the unit.
  • Computer Assistance/Internet: A complimentary Internet connection and Wi-Fi is available in your room and all public areas.
  • Drinking Water: Tap water is not suitable for drinking. We provide you with complimentary mineral water during your stay.
  • In-Room Bar: Every guest room is equipped with a personal mini-bar, stocked with a selection of drinks and snacks for your enjoyment. In Resort Club Rooms, all Suites and Villas, and Heavenly Penthouses, a wine fridge is installed in addition to the minibar.
  • In-Room Safe Deposit Box: A safety box is located in the wardrobe of your room and is operated by setting a personal code. Please ensure that you memorise the code you choose to use. Full instructions on how to operate the safety deposit box are available inside.
  • Pest Control Preventative measures are regularly taken throughout the resort. However, due to the fact that the resort is located in nature, you may encounter an insect or pest on occasion in your room. If you need any assistance, please contact our guest service centre by dialing ‘0’ on your in-room phone.
  • Pillow Menu: Allow us to enhance your sleeping experience with our pillow menu inviting you to choose a pillow tailored to your individual preference. For more details, please contact our guest service centre by dialing ‘0’ on your in-room phone.
  • Telephone: Your in-room telephone will allow you to reach our Guest service centre by dialing ‘0’.
  • Television: Your television features a wide range of satellite and local television channels. The remote control and a channel listing are located on the bedside table.
  • Wake-up Call: Please contact Guest Services centre by dialing ‘0’ to arrange your personal wake-up call.

Leisure and Recreation Facilities

We have a vast range of activities from active sports to cultural crafts for you to experience during your stay.  Beach volleyball, Table Tennis, Pool Billiards, Guided Walks, Petanque, Yoga, Tai Chi, Aerobics, and more are all offered free of charge within our resort.

Nam Tram: The funicular railway of the resort, the Nam Tram, is located next to our Citron restaurant. This is a beautiful and popular way to travel between our four levels of Heaven, Sky, Earth, and Sea.

Swimming Pool: You will have a choice of two swimming pools: the peaceful L_o_n_g Pool situated above the L_o_n_g Bar (minimum age of 12 to attend).
You will also find our separate beachside Garden Pool suited for families on Sea level opposite the Nam Tram station.  
Operation hours: 6:00AM to 7:00PM

Kids Club: Our Planet Trekkers Kids’ Club, located on Sea Level invites guests 12 years and under to enjoy a range of indoor and outdoor activities and games. Trained professional supervision is on-hand at all times for all activities. Operation hours: 9:00AM to 8:00PM

Soar Gym: A 24hr top-class facility equipped with the latest sports equipment, cardiovascular machines, and a wide variety of weight training gear. Located on Sea level under our Long Pool, with personal trainers available upon request.

OUTSIDE THE RESORT

Concierge
Our Concierge is delighted to offer you any assistance or information you may require.
From shopping tips, sightseeing suggestions, restaurant recommendations, pharmacies, or anything else you may need to know, our team is at your disposal. Please dial 6203 on your in-room phone to connect with our Concierge team. Metered taxis are available at the resort’s main entrance at any time, we also have our luxury limo available for booking. Our Concierge team will be able to help you organise the transport you require.

Events, Meetings, and Conferences
Our Meeting and Conference Centre is called “The Summit” and is located on Heaven level. Our event team will be happy to assist with arrangements for your next event.
Our resort is also renowned for hosting world-class occasions, including weddings, where packages are tailored to create the perfect day for those who attend.

Non-Smoking Resort
Kindly be advised that according to resort policy, smoking is prohibited in indoor public areas, therefore no ashtray will be provided in any guest rooms. Should you require, smoking is allowed in outdoor designated areas only.  A charge of VND 4,200,000 (subject to 5% service charge and 10% prevailing government tax) to purify the room will be issued if this non-smoking regulation is disregarded.

SAFETY – IN CASE OF FIRE
ASSEMBLY POINTS
There are 2 Assembly Points for guests within the resort:

The Car Park: Located between the Reception and the Summit, this area is assigned for guest rooms located on Heaven and Sky level.

Palm Grove: Located on our beach in front of the Wet Monkey this area is assigned for guests who are located on our Earth and Sea level.

It is very important to familiarize yourself with the Assembly Locations and evacuation routes to ensure your own safety.

If you are unable to leave your room and reach the assembly point, please note the following safety protocols:

  • Remove the curtains from the doors and windows.
  • Do not open the window if smoke is rising from the lower floors.
  • Keep a wet cloth over your nose and mouth as a filter.
  • If smoke enters your room, create a tent over your head with a wet blanket, to produce an air chamber.
  • If the door and walls are hot, bail water on them using the waste bin.
  • Wave or hang a white cloth from your window to attract attention.
  • Do not take refuge in closets or other hidden places.


GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES

In case of evacuation, should you require special assistance due to personal physical limitations, illness or age, please advise the Resort’s Operator by dialing 0 (zero) so that we may best ensure your safety.
